General Membership

General Membership includes:

a.) Mortgage Lenders whose principal business is comprised of one or more of the following: originating, underwriting, making and closing residential or commercial real estate mortgage loans.
b.) Banks, Savings Banks, Credit Unions
c.) Life Insurance Companies, which have an operating mortgage department.

Association Membership

Association Membership includes:

a.) Attorneys, Accountants, Appraisers and other persons or business organizations acting as consultants or advisors to general members.

Applicants herby agree to abide by the Code of Ethics and By-Laws of the Acadiana Mortgage Lenders.
Memberships in AMLA will be “pending” until reviewed, approved by board, and full payment received.
